These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through OFFSCREEN SUPPLY.
1. About OFFSCREEN SUPPLY
OFFSCREEN SUPPLY sells original, self-designed print collections and related products. All designs are created by OFFSCREEN SUPPLY and are not affiliated with or officially licensed by third-party brands, films, games or franchises.
2. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at checkout. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
OFFSCREEN SUPPLY is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days. Returned products must be unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless required by applicable law.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after cancellation, although we may wait until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
Personalised products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
7. Personalised Gifts
When ordering a gift with a personalised message or name, the customer is responsible for providing the correct information. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
8. Intellectual Property & Original Designs
All products sold by OFFSCREEN SUPPLY are independently designed and created by OFFSCREEN SUPPLY, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The designs, artwork, illustrations, graphics, text, layouts, photographs and other original creative content included in our products and collections are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
OFFSCREEN SUPPLY retains all intellectual property and copyright rights in its original designs and creative works. Purchasing a product does not transfer or grant any intellectual property rights to the buyer.
Products and designs may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, uploaded, resold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from OFFSCREEN SUPPLY.
This also applies to reproducing or digitally distributing the artwork or designs separately from the physical product, including through websites, social media, marketplaces or other platforms.
All trademarks, names, logos or other third-party intellectual property that may be referenced or depicted in connection with our products remain the property of their respective owners. Where applicable, such references are used only where permitted by law and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement or official licensing by OFFSCREEN SUPPLY.
